The proclamation was adopted and presented; no formal roll call was required.
Median project — notice of completion and final payment: The council received a notice of completion for the city’s median renovation project constructed by FS Contractors. Staff said the contract total was $2,532,449.50 and requested a budget adjustment of $28,833.42. The council approved final payment and accepted the work as complete; the motion passed with one recorded objection. Councilmember King stated an objection during the voice vote and the motion carried.
