"There was the old guest, family farmhouse there. Evidently, it was in just horrible shape, so that's been torn down," Kandel said. He explained the Hogans want to split off a single lot for their son to build a home.
A supervisor moved to approve Resolution 202545 and a second was recorded; no objections or conditions were entered into the meeting record. County staff indicated no outstanding issues were present on the file at the time of the vote.
