The Green Bay Plan Commission on Nov. 3 approved a 15‑lot final plat for the last phase of the Eaton Heights subdivision at or near 911 Spartan Road, including dedication of a public street (extension of Mendota Drive).
Staff reminded the commission that the plat follows an approved preliminary plat and planned unit development (PUD) that predates the city's 2050 comprehensive plan. Under the comprehensive plan’s mixed‑residential classification, the density for the area is 8–12 units per acre; staff said the final plat conforms with the previously approved preliminary plat and PUD conditions and that all staff comments had been addressed.
A commissioner moved to approve the final plat; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote. The commission noted that because public dedications (streets, parks) are involved, the City Council must accept the dedications at a future council meeting.
Next steps: staff will forward the final plat and dedication documents to the City Council for acceptance of public dedications and for final approval as required by city procedures.
