The committee next considered House Bill 45 94. Representative Saint Germain moved to adopt the H-1 substitute; the roll call recorded 14 yays, 0 nays and the substitute was adopted. Representative Thompson moved to report House Bill 45 94 as substituted to the floor with recommendation; roll call again was 14 yays, 0 nays and the motion prevailed.

At the outset the chair noted the adopted substitutes had changed the bills' effective dates; no substantive debate on the bills was recorded during this portion of the meeting.
