Cherokee Nation Human Services says LIHEAP applications starting for elderly, disabled applicants

Council members praised the department's response after a recent tornado in Sallisaw and thanked staff for quick coordination. Davis said the department had started sending renewal materials to last year's recipients and that the department would distribute new application packets and provide the application online.
Committee members asked when new applications would be available; Davis repeated the start timing as "Monday on the third" and confirmed the application is posted on the department's website.
