Trustee Janet and Trustee Kim asked clarifying questions about the operator and franchise relationship; staff confirmed the local operator is Andrew Rosati and that the business will use the name referenced in the packet.
Trustees moved and seconded the ordinance (moved by Trustee Janet; second by Trustee Kim) and approved it by roll call. Votes recorded included Trustee Burson, Trustee Muir, Trustee Benetti, Trustee Boatner, Trustee Hassenberger and Trustee Millet, all voting aye.
