Planning commission approves Sadie’s Glen Phase 4 final plat for Ovation Homes

The Syracuse Planning Commission on Nov. 4, 2025 approved a final plat for Sadie’s Glen Phase 4, an Ovation Homes project that will add attached single-level patio homes in a PRD zone.

Noah, staff member, described the phase as consistent with prior approvals for the subdivision and said staff comments have been addressed; addressing information will be printed on the mylar prior to recordation. "All the staff comments have been addressed," Noah said, and staff recommended approval.

A commissioner moved to approve the final plat for Sadie’s Glen Phase 4, described in the staff motion as 5.048 acres in the PRD zone at 2650 West and 2495 South; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote. Staff identified this phase as the penultimate phase of the subdivision; one additional phase is expected before the subdivision is complete.

Next steps include final recordation of the plat with addressing on the mylar and any coordination necessary for infrastructure and lot-specific requirements.
