During deliberations commissioners praised the applicant for responsiveness and added a condition limiting construction parking in the cul‑de‑sac; that condition was explicitly made subject to modification by the building official to reflect code enforcement and access needs.
The motion passed 5‑0. The board also recorded the project's CEQA exemption under Section 15301 (existing facilities) for the proposed demolition and replacement.
