Councilmember Ford moved approval of the consent agenda; the motion was seconded and passed on a roll-call vote with all present councilmembers voting Aye.
On appointments, the council considered a reappointment of Jason Karas to the Montgomery Regional Economic Development Commission for a three-year term. Karas had served a partial term after Paul Lancaster vacated the seat earlier this year; the council voted to reappoint him to a full three-year term. The motion to reappoint passed on a roll-call vote.
