How it works
- Complainants will receive a complaint number when they file (by mail or email) and use that number and an email address to request a one-time code. That code grants access to a private view of the complaint's activity timeline. - The interface displays summary details from the complaint (as submitted), respondent license lookup links (to DCA's license search), and a chronological list of complaint-related activities: central complaint unit (CCU) assignment and review, requests for medical releases, records…
