Devitt then moved to approve the Purchase Order Register; Adzigian seconded. That motion also passed unanimously with the same recorded yes votes (4-0).
Later in the meeting, Member Ivan Devitt moved to adjourn; Member Andy Stewart seconded and the motion to adjourn carried 4-0. The minutes record no abstentions or nay votes on these items.
