Retirement System trustees vote to hold closed executive session

Trustee Tomlin Clark moved to go into executive session and Trustee Andre Dorsey seconded the motion. On a roll call, Trustees Tomlin Clark, Andre Dorsey, Leona Smith and Dwayne Callwood voted yes. Trustee Vincent Liger was listed as excused and Trustee Ronald E. Russell was absent; the chairman confirmed that four trustees were present, one was excused and one was absent.
The chairman recessed the meeting for two minutes before the closed session proceeded. The board did not state any additional details about the subject matter beyond the categories the chairman read into the record.
