The purchase price is authorized not to exceed $25,000, plus up to $140 in property‑tax adjustments, and the minutes show the measure adopted on final reading as Official Resolution #2025001231.
The advisory committee had the property appraised and concluded the parcel's attributes were consistent with the county open‑space plan. The resolution directs county counsel and staff to complete instruments and recording, and conditions the purchase on the county acquiring any necessary rights‑of‑way along bordering county roads as determined by the county engineer.
No public comments were received during the hearing; the board recorded the roll‑call vote with all commissioners voting in favor.
