- Active 911 subscription/payment: approved payment of $5,239.80; commissioners noted prior use of ARP funds and discussed long-term funding responsibility for the subscription (motion carried 3–0).
- Optimus Club flags: approved a one-year $200 payment to support flags (motion carried 3–0).
- Expo professional services and county service funding agreement: approved a professional services agreement for engineering related to the Expo building and approved a county-drafted service funding agreement to manage payment flow between the county and the Expo board (motion carried 3–0).
Tabled item
- Bridal control service agreement: commissioners discussed a proposed 12-month payment agreement (payable in 12 installments beginning Jan. 1, 2027, $65,941 in year one rising to $67,919 thereafter) and raised concerns about late fees, compensation language and participating towns. The board voted to table the agreement for counsel review and possible revision (motion to table carried 3–0).
