During the July 8 meeting, the Gardner City Planning Board addressed several administrative items. The board clarified that a parking-variance matter for 19–21 Stephanie Drive lies with the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) because no site plan was submitted; applicants were advised to consult the interim building commissioner.
Board members also discussed minutes from the June 10 meeting and requested an edit to change recorded vote tallies from 5–0 to 4–0. A motion to accept the minutes as edited was moved, seconded and approved. The board announced its next regular meeting for August 12 at 6:30 p.m. and subsequently adjourned the session.
No formal action was taken by the planning board on the Stephanie Drive variance; the item remains under ZBA jurisdiction.
