Bonner County ambulance board approves medical director contract, renews transport agreements and clears claims

The Bonner County Ambulance Service District board approved a one-year medical director contract and renewed annual transport contracts with local providers during a regular meeting. The board also approved FY25 claims batch number 51 and discussed benefit and bookkeeping transitions as the district moves toward independent accounting while remaining with PERSI.

The board approved a medical director agreement between the district and Dr. Ryan Jenkins for the 2026 fiscal year, with the contract to commence Oct. 1, 2025, for an annual cost of $45,360 to be paid in monthly installments of $3,780. The motion was moved, seconded and approved by roll call; no public comment or additional deliberation was recorded on the item.
