Grady County approves multiple FY25/26 maintenance, lease and service agreements

On July 7 the Grady County Board of Commissioners approved several FY25/26 contracts and maintenance agreements across county departments.
The board approved a KellPro maintenance agreement for OSU Extension and Emergency Management; a Quadient lease for the assessor; and an array of agreements for District 1 including KellPro software and service, FuelMaster maintenance, Intella Vault storage services, Industry Systems equipment rental and other maintenance vendors. Commissioners also approved District 3 lease agreements with lenders including Security State Bank and Caterpillar Financial Service Corp and approved an email hosting agreement for Industry Systems for District 3.
Commissioner Zachary Davis moved to table the automatic renewal of Lease Agreement #OK-40051-19-01 between the USDA and Grady County; the motion was seconded by Ruth Bingham and passed unanimously. Most other agreements were approved unanimously as consent items during the meeting.
The minutes list many additional FY25/26 purchase orders and software contracts approved as part of the county's annual contracting and procurement cycle.
