The Toledo Plan Commission on an unspecified date approved multiple zoning and special‑use applications and modified signage conditions for a travel‑center rebuild on Hagman Road.

Front and center, the commission approved a special‑use permit (SUP25‑0033) to allow Washington Local Schools to construct an approximately 11,000‑square‑foot operations building at 2162 W. Alexis Road. Superintendent Christy Martin and a project representative said the facility would house facilities, nutrition and technology operations and is the first phase of a larger campus plan. Staff recommended approval subject to 49 conditions; the commission voted unanimously to approve and directed that the case proceed to City Council on December 10.

The commission also approved an amended special‑use permit (SUP25‑0040) to allow an urban‑agriculture operation on certain parcels of Woodland Avenue after the applicants removed parcels they did not own or have written agreements to use. Staff told the commission the legal description was reduced at the hearing; the commission approved the permit with the amended parcel list and noted the project will appear before City Council on December 10.
