KAYSVILLE, Utah — The Kaysville City Council appointed Paul Toler as an alternate member of the planning commission during its Dec. 19 meeting.
Council member Adams pulled a consent agenda item to invite Toler to address the council. Toler thanked the mayor and council and briefly summarized his prior public service and professional experience. Council member Adams moved to appoint Paul Toler; Council member Blackham seconded the motion. The council approved the appointment by voice vote.
