- Transfer of a retail on-sale liquor license from Plaza Rentals (813 Circle Drive) to Bon River LLC (Bon Express), to operate with the malt beverage license at 801 N. Highway 281. Motion by Econger, second by Ronayne; roll call recorded all ayes.
- One-day on-sale beer, wine and cider license for the Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce’s business-after-hours event at the Aberdeen Civic Arena, 203 S. Washington St. Motion carried on voice vote.
- Consent calendar items: a proclamation (Purple Heart City), daycare license renewal, a lottery notice and retail license renewals were approved as a block.
- Payroll and bills for the period Oct. 19 through Nov. 1 were approved on roll call.
All recorded motions passed with affirmative roll call votes where recorded. No ordinances or resolutions requiring multiple readings were introduced or voted on during the meeting.
