District unveils board resource hub and weekly update plan for behavior and attendance reporting

Staff said trustees who submit requests via the form will flag the superintendent and the technology director, Mr. McKay, and that sample requests populate the shared spreadsheet for trustees to review. "When you submit that request... immediately Mr. McKay and I are flagged, and we'll respond," a staff presenter said.
The district also described weekly communications that will summarize the highest-level items from the superintendent and the administrative council, including an itemized section on serious misbehavior incidents and student attendance trends. Staff said the weekly updates will be archived by week and year so trustees can reference prior communications, and that these updates will make patterns and outcomes easier to track between monthly meetings.
