Tier Winslet, airport property and marketing manager for the Brunswick‑Glynn County Airport Commission, said the assignment and amendment apply to a roughly 10,000‑square‑foot parcel with an improved hangar and that the proposed changes include a 20‑year extension, a capital improvement requirement and conversion of rent adjustments to an updated CPI table to comply with FAA guidance.
A commissioner announced a recusal because a family member is affiliated with Regency Innovations; the board proceeded to recognize the assignment and amendment. The vote was recorded in the meeting as 6‑0 with one recusal.
