After opening the meeting at 9:00 a.m. and reciting the Pledge of Allegiance, the board approved the minutes of July 14, 2025. The commissioners next authorized the chairman to sign the State and Federal Aid for Auditors (SEFA) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.
