The DRC on Aug. 20 reviewed a request by PFI 7 21 Development LLC to vacate Osprey Court, a roughly 4,145‑square‑foot dead‑end alley south of Ringling Boulevard used primarily for trash collection that abuts properties the applicant owns.
McCare King of the law firm Icard Merrill introduced the request and summarized the alley’s current use and ownership. “The alley currently serves as a sort of trash collection, space for the properties to the north and the south, and it is a dead end street as well,” King said.
