The commission discussed placing inspection-counts on building permits and enforcing payment of inspection fees prior to issuing a certificate of occupancy.
The work session will be an opportunity for commissioners to submit outstanding issues they want the code clarification to address. After the commission’s public review, proposed changes will be forwarded to the town council for adoption in a public hearing.
