The Bend‑LaPine Administrative SD 1 Board of Directors approved the consent agenda during its Aug. 12, 2025 meeting. Ross Tomlin moved to approve the consent agenda and Shirley Olsen seconded; the motion passed after the board voiced its assent.
Superintendent Steven Cook told the board that the draft minutes for the June 17 meeting had incorrectly listed Jen Lynch as being in attendance for that meeting; Lynch was sworn in effective July 1. Cook said the attendance record was corrected to show that Carrie McPherson Douglas was the attendee recorded for June 17 and that the corrected minutes replaced the prior draft in the consent materials.
