Trustees approve Lynn Irrigation agreement and restart annexation for Harrisville Fields

Harrisville trustees on July 8 approved an agreement with Lynn Irrigation Company to transfer specific Lynn irrigation shares into the city for use by the Harrisville Fields subdivision and adopted a resolution accepting a petition to annex the subdivision into the 4 Mile Special Service District.

Staff member Janine Knight told trustees that the only change from the previous draft of the Lynn agreement "is this section that would allow the city to transfer the water to a different property within the district for a legal transfer by certificate," and said she believed "the project is a total of 53 lots."
