The Ashwaubenon Public Works and Protection Committee on Jan. 1 approved a staff request to extend Titletown Sports Service Inc.'s Class B beer and Class B liquor premises for two scheduled concerts: July 19, 2025 (1:45 p.m. to 11 p.m.) and Aug. 26, 2025 (1:45 p.m. to 11 p.m.). The extension will include the asphalt parking area north of the football field that was used for programming during the NFL draft.
Joel, the staff presenter, said the request aligns with previously approved event premise extensions and that there will be no road closures for those two concerts; a different event that would require road closures will be presented to the Village Board later. The committee approved the extension as presented.
The committee did not attach special conditions beyond typical event permitting requirements. Staff and event operators were reminded to follow any required public safety and permitting protocols for large events.
The committee then moved to adjourn the meeting.
