The county recorded four bids and the base amounts as read during the public opening: Professionals Health Services Inc. (Brummell, Pennsylvania) at $114,050.30; SiteMed North America PC (Marietta, Georgia) at $126,620.00; United Diagnostic Services LLC (Brooklyn, New York) at $112,840.00; and WellStreet of Georgia P.C. (Atlanta, Georgia) at $81,900.00. Procurement staff noted that a lowest responsive bid may not be the recommended awardee after evaluation.
The procurement analyst said procurement staff and the project manager will review paperwork for accuracy and completeness. A bid tabulation will be posted to the Glynn County website when it is available. No award or formal committee action was taken during the opening; the reading of bids is a ministerial step required to record submissions in the public record.
