Staff reviewed the submitted packet and indicated no outstanding issues.
Commissioners asked clarifying questions about access and water; the applicant said most neighboring properties use wells. No members of the public raised objections during the hearing. A motion to approve the application carried with recorded affirmative votes from the commissioners present.
Staff advised the applicant to coordinate with the county office when it is time to apply for building permits and related approvals.
