1) Remote attendance approval: The committee approved a motion to allow Jim to attend the meeting by phone. The motion was made by Mister Heidemauer and seconded by Mister Kaminski. The chair called for the affirmative and members responded "aye." Outcome: approved.
2) Minutes approval: The committee approved the minutes of the Oct. 7, 2025 meeting. Motion to approve by Carl; second by Paul. Outcome: approved.
3) Routine consent agenda: The committee approved the routine consent agenda (items 7.1 and 7.2). A motion to approve the routine consent agenda was made and seconded; a roll-call vote recorded "yes" from Joe, Carolyn, Dina, Paul, Carl and the chair. Outcome: approved.
4) Historic Preservation Commission appointments: The committee moved and seconded to approve two applicants to the Historic Preservation Commission for terms expiring Nov. 26, 2030. A roll-call vote recorded unanimous approval by members present (Dina; Paul; Carl; Joe; Caroline; the chair; Jim Kearns). Outcome: both appointments approved.
