Authorization to initiate litigation (subrogation claims): Moore requested authorization to initiate litigation on subrogation claims brought by a former health provider (UnitedHealthcare). He said the claims involve taxpayer funds and that staff attempts to obtain relevant records were unsuccessful. Commissioners gave consensus to pursue litigation; the city attorney will proceed as appropriate.
