- Settlement with Livingston Area Chamber of Commerce: Following closed-session mediation, the commission approved a settlement agreement resolving litigation filed in 2020. The settlement includes a $10,000 payment to the Chamber ($1,200 for expenses; $8,800 to be used solely for new business-support events hosted in the city), mutual releases of claims and an insurer (MMIA) waiver of rights to any awarded funds.
