BAR approves three consent items on Feb. 19 agenda

Staff identified the three consent items as TLHPBR2025-0002 (108 South Street Southeast, wall sign), TLHPBR2025-0003 (406 South King Street, chicken coop and run) and TLHPBR2025-0005 (211 Town Branch Terrace Southwest, window and door relocation, color change and deck-board replacement). The board approved the consent agenda by motion, with Helen Aikman making the motion and Don Schoierman seconding.
The motion carried by roll call as 5-0 with two members absent. Staff noted that any of the consent items could be removed for a public hearing if a member of the public requested it prior to approval.
