Staff presented the recommendation and the board approved the appointments by unanimous vote.
3) Public Right of Way ADA Transition Plan (Phase 1) — The board adopted a resolution and order approving Phase 1 of the county’s Public Right of Way ADA Transition Plan. Staff had presented an assessment and prioritization methodology; county engineers estimated a multi‑decade implementation with a phased schedule. The board approved the resolution by unanimous vote.
