Applicant representative Gino noted the plan was resized to satisfy the fire district’s turnaround and access requirements. Landscaping is concentrated at the front of the site because the property lies in an industrial park and adjacent lots are anticipated for future industrial uses.
Commissioners asked about interior fixtures such as bathrooms and how uses would affect that layout; staff said those details are addressed at building-permit review and depend on the tenant. The commission voted aye on the site plan and staff said the item will be placed on next week’s Board agenda for final approval.
