Board approves contracts, change orders and appointments; multiple routine items deferred to Aug. 12

The Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved a series of routine business items and appointments and recorded multiple unanimous deferrals of Harlan-related items to Aug. 12.

Key votes and actions: • Road impact fee offset agreement (City contract 2025-0158): Motion to defer to Aug. 12 was approved (item deferred with the Harlan package).
