Mister Loughner and another board member praised the partnership as a way to give future teachers earlier pedagogical experience. The board approved the MOA for a five-year term by voice vote. During the motion the effective date was stated as 07/15/2025; at the time of the vote another speaker referenced 06/15/2025.
