Andrew (staff) told the council the increase implements the first step of a fee schedule modification that will allow the county and Logan to maintain service levels as demand grows. He noted a technical update was needed to the state‑code citation in the fee table included as an exhibit, and staff provided a corrected reference for that language.
Council members asked staff to continue to revisit the fee as needed in accordance with the interlocal arrangement. The ordinance was moved and seconded and passed in a voice vote.
