"As you may have already know, the 2 site development plans for the quantum loophole projects have been approved by the planning commission, back in Sept., 1 is 111 acres whereas the other is 55 acres," Moreno said. She also said her office is assembling the county's annual and five-year report required by the Maryland Department of Planning and is workshopping the South Frederick Corridor form-based code and the ordinance changes that would be required for implementation.
