Julie Everly, the city's human resources director and director of organizational development, told council that the evaluation followed the resolution the council adopted earlier in the year. She said council members and the city manager had quarterly check-ins through the year as required by the process and that the resolution before council summarized the evaluation and the rating.
There was no discussion beyond a request for questions about the process. Council approved the resolution by roll call and thanked the manager for his work over the year.
