He said the content will include a brief component explaining the legislation but will primarily focus on the city's strategy and ongoing capital investments.
Otto said the videos will be distributed on Facebook, YouTube and city council pages. The board approved the professional services agreement by voice vote and staff confirmed the project is budgeted.
