The Elkhart Board of Works ratified a partial payment request of $1,025,415 to Seltz Construction for work on the Oakland CSO tank project, funded through SRF loan WW24182006.
Public Works staff described the request as a standard pay application and said construction is progressing roughly on schedule. Staff reported the project team expects to reopen Indiana Avenue in a couple of weeks and to continue work on Oakland Avenue the following year. The board approved the ratification by voice vote.
