Board members and staff said contract modifications negotiated with the city attorney are listed in the supporting memo, and that the vendor has provided refuse pickup for the city for decades. No public comments were offered during the discussion.
The board approved the motion by voice vote; members present at roll call were Rose Rivera, Mike Macklin and Andrew Bridal.
