Planning Commission disapproves requested deviations for PD-81 multifamily plan

The Missouri City Planning and Zoning Commission voted Oct. 8 to disapprove requested amendments to Plan Development District 81 that would have allowed a 262-unit multifamily development to proceed with several zoning deviations.
