Commissioners approve fee reduction for District 9 High School Rodeo

Bannock County granted a facility fee reduction for the District 9 High School Rodeo after the group said its normal venue would not accept them this year.
Ben Bennett, representing District 9 High School Rodeo, said the group has insurance and required event arrangements in place and asked the county to treat the event like prior rodeos. "We have insurance. Everything is in place that it's supposed to be," Bennett said.
A commissioner moved to approve the fee reduction; Commissioner Jeff Hoff indicated support and the board approved the motion by voice vote.
