The Snowline Joint Unified School District board voted to approve a contract with Go Architects to produce plans for interim housing at Serrano High School, a step district staff said is needed so modernization work can proceed while classes continue on campus.
Director of Facilities Bill Flynn said the interim housing plan calls for 14 leased portables (modular classrooms) to be sited where basketball and some tennis courts are now located so classrooms can be moved while the front office, parking and campus improvements are rebuilt.
