Most prominently, the board approved installation of a KanOkla fiberoptic main line to the Grant County Sheriff's building and a new fiberoptic line to the Grant County Courthouse. The motion, made by Commissioner Steve Stinson and seconded by Commissioner Keith McClure, carried unanimously; the record notes an additional monthly charge of $100 for the service.
The board also approved payment of back taxes to the Oklahoma Tax Commission for March 2024 ($4,487.34) and June 2024 ($13,650.47), for a total of $18,137.81. Commissioner Stinson moved the payment and Commissioner McClure seconded; all three commissioners voted aye.

- Resolution 2025-166: new signage at Redhill Road and Highway 11 in District 1; motion by Keith McClure, seconded by Steve Stinson; passed unanimously.
- Approval of an Apprentice Maintenance Agreement for FY 2025-26 for the Sheriff's Office and materials request forms for Districts 1, 2 and 3; motions by Steve Stinson and Keith McClure; passed unanimously.
