The Transportation Licensing Commission took several disciplinary and administrative actions during the meeting.
The commission approved an eight-month probationary settlement for Cloud Rides LLC (doing business as Big Drag Bus) after staff and legal presented a settlement packet. Staff said an employee of the company had been parked outside an approved loading zone on a day not authorized for loading and that the vehicle obstructed sight lines in the 1500 block of Church Street where a pedestrian collision occurred. The company acknowledged that its employee did not follow company policy and remedial training was completed; staff recommended probation and the commission approved the 8‑month probation as a settlement condition.
Separately, the commission voted to indefinitely defer the disciplinary matter for record-driver Timothy Greenhaw pending resolution of related court proceedings; staff noted an emergency suspension imposed by the director remains in effect. The commission approved an indefinite deferral and maintained the suspension.
The commission also considered taxi driver Mosheen Masood, who staff reported had completed requirements including refunding an overcharge from a prior incident and had an anger-management class scheduled. Staff recommended lifting the suspension and returning the driver to work while maintaining a 90‑day probation; the commission approved that recommendation.
Several other items — including annual hearings and certain public hearings — were deferred to future meetings because of time and quorum constraints.
