TLC approves multiple passenger-vehicle, towing and address-change applications on consent agenda

The commission approved the following new or continuing "other passenger vehicle for hire" company applications (recorded in the meeting packet): 615 Deluxe Transport Corporation; Exclusive Bridal LLC; GM Sushi LLC; Jonas Black's SUV Service; Nash Luxe Limo; Nashville Luxe Rides LLC; Y and M Luxe Drive LLC; X Black Executive; Syed LLC; and Nashville Mural Tours LLC. One applicant, Zuvi Luxury Express, was pulled from consent for missing fingerprints and was deferred to the next meeting.
The commission also approved address-change requests for Best Rides Transportation and Yonel Limo Services LLC and approved ownership-modification requests for HC Deluxe Transportation LLC (adding a partner) and Mimi Limo Services LLC (adding a partner). Staff clarified that ownership modifications do not, by themselves, transfer permits; vehicle ownership and partnership documents determine operational control.
In the general record and towing-services category, the commission approved new applications for Chosen Towing and Recovery Inc., Hooten's Towing LLC, and Navy Towing and Recovery after staff confirmed inspections and records review. Staff noted general-record companies must operate in Davidson County for one year before applying for zone assignments.
All consent agenda approvals were moved and seconded and passed by voice vote. Zuvi Luxury Express remains pulled and will return at the next meeting after fingerprints are completed.
